Tax Exemptions

Tax exemption certificates protect exempted companies, exempted limited partnerships and exempted trusts for periods of 20, 30 and 50 years, in the event that taxation is introduced to the Cayman Islands. Applicants should submit letters of request to the Cabinet Office by noon on the Wednesday prior to the Tuesday Cabinet meeting.
